On a natural defensive site, the castle of PardaiIho
still draws up the sides of its murailles. Castle of Pardailho was
abandoned as of the 16th century and the lords resided at the castle
of Pardailhan (commune chief town) since the middle of the 17th
century. The current owner of the Pardailhan castle is Dr. V Joecker.
The commune shelters incredible natural treasures: 11 hamlets in
the medium of the chestnuts and the scrubland, castle of Pardailho
and church of Holy Euphémie, panoramic sight with 360° (Sète, Mounts
of Somail, the Pyrenees, Canigou).
Many hiking trails to foot, horse, in the barouche, VTT to appreciate

Cultivated since centuries only on the Pardailhan plate argilo-limestone
, far from pollution of this world, it offers a single savour, particular
