Tourist pole of the High Cantons of Hérault, Lamalou the Baths is located in a dominated shaded small valley of significant buttresses in the Regional Natural reserve of High-Languedoc.

The sources of the city constitute a small watershed. They are located on a significant fault and appeared following borings of mining galleries.
More than 15 sources are along the geological fault which crosses the small valley, they are of bicarbonated type calcic and sodic, ferruginous, rich in magnesium and potassium and contain carbon dioxide. It sy adds an arsenical ferro secondary mineralisation, more or less marked according to sources.Any sources are exploited in the thermal swimming pools,other runs freely and finally 3 sources have refreshment bars:
- source USCLADE (52° with the griffon): Hépato-digestive disorders with a cholagogue effect and cholleretic to whichbe added a general tonic effect from contribution doligo-elements.
- source CAPUS (19° with the griffon): Cold ferruginous water. Its essential indication is represented by anaemias with lack of iron.
- source BOURGÈS (23° with the griffon): Carbo-gaaazeuse cold water. It thus has digestive and diuretic properties action on the cholesterol level and sutilise like water of table.

A multitude of activities will allow you to appreciate, in all seasons, the dynamism of the station. Whatever your aptitudes, you will be able to practise the sports of your choice with complete freedom and to devote yourselves to the joys of the golf.
